Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus. Exceptional written communication skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple chat sessions and prioritize inquiries efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Familiarity with customer service software, chat tools, and CRM systems. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
