Provide customer support and technical issue resolution via email, phone, chat, social media, and other online platforms. 2. Assist customers in setting up and troubleshooting Apple TV Remote Controls. 3. Stay updated with system information, changes, and updates. 4. Test and evaluate new technology. 5. Provide product reviews and feedback to the product development team. 6. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services. 7. Conduct training sessions for customers on efficient use of Apple TV Remote Controls. 8. Maintain customer records and document all interactions and actions taken. Benefits: 1.
