Social Media Engagement Specialist

Description: • Flodesk is one of the world’s fastest-growing email marketing companies. • We're looking for an energetic and innovative Social Media Engagement Specialist. • Manage our social media presence, drive community interaction, and utilize analytics to refine performance. • Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns tailored for TikTok and social media. • Engage actively with our social media community in real-time. • Stay abreast of the latest TikTok trends and use analytics insights. • Collaborate with the team to produce compelling content for TikTok. • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics to optimize performance. Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or similar positions. • Proven experience in social media management (scheduling and publishing) with a strong emphasis on TikTok. Creator experience is a major bonus! And, experience with tools such as Canva and Capcut are an additional bonus. • Demonstrated success in driving... engagement and growing online communities. • Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Dash Hudson, Sprinklr, Meta Business Suite, and/or Khoros and the ability to use data to inform strategy. • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging messages and foster a vibrant online community. • A keen understanding of current social media trends and a creative approach to content creation. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns in a fast-paced environment. • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
