Product and Service Knowledge: Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. Educate customers on product usage, features, and benefits. Customer Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to improve the company’s products, services, and processes. Suggest enhancements to customer support processes based on interactions with customers. Multitasking: Manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously across different channels while maintaining high service quality. Prioritize tasks effectively, especially during high-volume periods.
