With our family of programs in various locations, Gersh is the leading provider of educational and support services for children on the autism spectrum and their families. The role of the Data Entry Clerk is to accurately enter payroll data into our payroll software, update, maintain data and databases, and ensure that all employee data is correct and up to date. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Duties and Responsibilities Human Resources Department: Time Keeping Responsibilities: - Verify timecards are complete – check daily: o Add missing punches and/or correct punches. o Verify time off balances and add... when necessary. o Add holidays, following Gersh Policy. - Compliance Data: o Add data to employee profiles. - Other tasks may be assigned by the HR Manager. Accounting Department: · Help entering student invoices in NetSuite for GI · Help enter therapist invoices into NetSuite · Assist with any other data entry tasks that may be required, if necessary. Qualifications · Be in tune with Company Values · Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role. · Excellent typing speed and accuracy. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. · Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. · Good communication skills and a team player. · Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred: · Have at least 2 years of experience as Data Entry · Associate degree in business, preferably Accounting. · Have experience working with ADP Payroll and NetSuite.
