Direct Support Professionals (DSP’s) may provide supports to a person with a disability at home, work, school, church, and other community places. Direct Support Professionals (DSP’s) advocate for people, in communicating their needs, self-expression and goals. This is a great job for anyone who has worked as an Entry Level Staff, worked on Retail, worked as a Cashier. You do not need any previous experience! If you have worked with people as a Store Clerk, Hospitality Warehouse. You will be great for this job! People who do have experience in Human Services such as a Personal Care Aide (PCA) or In-home Caregiver excel working as a DSP. We get people scheduled right away!
