Key Responsibilities • Manage incoming communications by responding to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries related to our loan services. • Provide precise information regarding loan products, terms, conditions, and application processes. • Assist clients throughout the loan application journey, clarifying necessary documentation and next steps. • Address and resolve client issues or concerns about loan accounts, payments, and transactions promptly. • Ensure timely follow-up on all customer requests and inquiries. • Accurately document client interactions within our CRM system. • Collaborate effectively with loan officers and teams to deliver seamless customer service and escalate complex issues as necessary. • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the latest loan products, policies, and industry standards. • Uphold compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements in all client engagements.
