You should also be able to create spreadsheets and analyze quantitative data to interpret ROI and KPI metrics (e.g., this role includes but is not limited to managing e-mail and similar campaigns, monthly promotions, and creating, updating, or maintaining marketing collateral). Additional Job Description: • Greet customers in a friendly and polite manner • Assist customers on the phone • Respond to questions, direct customers to services offered by the firm, and provide EXCEPTIONAL customer SERVICE • Educate customers about current services and promotions • Maintain superior knowledge of products and services • Contribute to team's daily, monthly, and annual sales goals • Update and maintain sales reporting systems • Overseeing and facilitating the weekly sales meeting, ensuring agenda adherence, team collaboration, and timely follow-up on key action items • Monitor, update and manage sales channels and platforms Job Requirements • Excellent communication skills are required (PERFECT ENGLISH IS REQUIRED).
