Competitive compensation and benefits Ongoing training and support Great team JOB DESCRIPTION: We are currently seeking Part Time and Full Time Corporate and VIP Leisure Travel Consultants to join our team. The ETS consultant(s) will be responsible for facilitating professional, accurate, cost-effective travel arrangements for our clients along with providing excellent customer service. These positions require individuals with exceptional commitment to detail combined with a positive attitude towards work and life! DUTIES: Complete travel arrangements (air, hotel, car rental, rail, etc ) at the lowest possible price via Sabre, internet and/or with consolidators within company guidelines Understanding and anticipating VIP client needs and travel preferences Detailed documentation of all PNRs within company guidelines Stays fully informed on all airline rules and regulations, tariffs and fare requirements Work as a team player to assure the workload is distributed evenly and offering assistance where and whenever needed ATTITUDES / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE: Excellent Sabre skills including ticketing, exchanges and refunds Extensive experience as an International and Domestic travel agent Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Strong skills in travel planning and itinerary creation Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Positive disposition If this sounds like where you want to be, contact us to find out about joining our team!
