Weekend Presentation Operator

We are looking for a Weekend Presentation Specialist to join our client, a boutique investment banking firm based in London on an ongoing temporary basis. As the Presentation Specialist, you will be working on Saturdays and Sundays on a 12-hour shift, where you will be responsible for creating and editing high-quality presentations and documents, ensuring they meet the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism of the client. Main Responsibilities: • Create and edit complex marketing collateral using Microsoft PowerPoint, and Excel with custom FactSet add-ins and macros. • In-depth PowerPoint knowledge is paramount, including the ability to work with slide masters, create custom templates, and convert formats. • Design and edit multi-layer graphics in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. • Editing headshots, recreating logos, and converting PDFs to PPT. • Communicate using MS Teams with all levels of banking professionals to fulfil requests through a professional ticketing... system, while adhering to the company brand guidelines. Required skills: • Proven industry experience in creating and editing investment banking pitchbooks. • Advanced knowledge and practical experience with PowerPoint, Excel and Word. • Advanced knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat. • Desirable experience with MapInfo, but not required. This is an ongoing temporary role, where you will be working the 12-hour weekend shift (either 9am-9pm or 10am-10pm). This role requires flexibility to cover colleagues’ holidays as needed.
