Job Description

You will be responsible for: • Contacting potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our products/services. • Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in our products/services. • Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis. • Provide excellent customer service to all customers. • Update and maintain customer information in the company's database. • Collaborate with key stakeholders in the business. • Be responsible and accountable for your sales performance. • Contribute positively to the team to create a fun working environment. The Successful Applicant We are looking for candidates with: Experience in closing sales over the phone. Confidence and assertive communication skills. Resilience and the ability to thrive in a targeted environment. The ability to work well under pressure. Strong customer service skills. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of sales techniques and principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
