We’re looking for enthusiastic Jewelry Consultants and Customer Service Representatives who share our vision and passion. Wage: $17 - $21/hour, based on experience Job Description: Amouret provides a high-touch, white-glove virtual shopping experience for diamonds and fine jewelry. As a Chat Specialist, you’ll interact with customers across phone, email, and chat, delivering expert assistance with an emphasis on luxury service. Responsibilities: • Accurately and professionally communicate with customers through various channels to maintain the high-touch Amouret experience. • Provide expert knowledge on diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry, promoting products that meet or exceed customer expectations. • Assist with custom orders and offer personalized service tailored to each client's unique needs. • Identify the root cause of inquiries and proactively offer solutions that exceed customer expectations. • Handle complex customer service challenges with patience, empathy, and a solutions-oriented approach. Qualifications: • Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or call centers. • High School Diploma or GED required; GIA certification or willingness to pursue it is a plus. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and listening). • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. • Luxury goods experience or fine jewelry knowledge is highly preferred. • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in typing, data entry, and navigating CRM software.
