Quality Provider Liaison

At CVS Health, our Quality Provider Liaisons work hand-in-hand with our pharmacy staff to ensure we provide our members and customers with the highest quality of care and service. We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team.The ideal candidate for this position has a minimum of one year's experience in a pharmacy setting, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to maintain the highest standards of quality in the delivery of pharmacy services. Responsibilities: Assist pharmacy staff in providing members and customers with high-quality care and service. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies. Troubleshoot customer inquiries and develop solutions. Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
