Airbnb/Short-Term Rental Cleaning Specialist

Responsibilities: • Perform thorough cleaning of luxury rental unit before and after guest stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces. • Ensure all surfaces, fixtures, appliances, and furnishings are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards. • Change linens, towels, and other guest amenities according to established guidelines. • Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and refreshments as needed. • Inspect rental units for any damages or maintenance issues and report them promptly to the appropriate department. • Collaborate with property managers to coordinate cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks based on guest bookings. • Uphold safety and security standards by following proper cleaning procedures and protocols. • Provide exceptional customer service to guests by responding promptly to any inquiries or requests. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning equipment and supplies. • Assist with other tasks related to property management and guest services as needed. Qualifications: • Previous experience in professional cleaning or housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team. • Good communication skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues. • Physical stamina and flexibility to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending. • Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate guest bookings. • Reliable transportation to travel to different rental properties within the area. • Commitment to upholding the reputation and brand standards of luxury accommodations.
