Minimum Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Preferred Qualifications: • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field • Experience in the automotive industry • Bilingual in English and Spanish Responsibilities: • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person • Providing accurate information about our products and services to customers • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions • Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Skills: As a Customer Service Representative, you will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with our customers. You will also use your problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address customer concerns and ensure their satisfaction. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential to your success in this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software will also be important for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
