We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this fully remote role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, helping to resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure an exceptional experience with our products and services. Pay: $22 - $29 per hour Key Responsibilities: Customer Support : Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing quick and accurate responses to questions about products, services, billing, and account details. Order Processing : Assist customers with placing orders, processing refunds, and resolving payment issues. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system. Feedback : Gather customer feedback to help improve our products and services, ensuring customers have a voice. technical support, billing) to resolve escalated issues efficiently. Experience : Previous customer service experience is required (remote experience is a plus). Tech-Savvy : Proficiency with online communication tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
