Job Responsibilities Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry Reviewing data for errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output Keeping information confidential and secure Ensuring proper use of office equipment and addressing any malfunctions Qualifications Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.) Great attention to detail Confidentiality Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
