Responsibilities • Answers incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns • Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs • This position is also a remote position in which you will be working from home Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • Experience in customer service • Strong telephone etiquette • Familiarity with CRM tools • Excellent communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once • Ability to adapt to different personalities Requirements: • Must Live and Reside in the US • Must Have Laptop/Tablet About: Tank Sense is a unique service company specializing in tank monitoring throughout the petroleum and chemical arenas.
