Freelance Senior Social Content Creator

ABOUT US Bruno PR & Social and Ten/17 Creative Group are looking for a talented and creative Freelance Senior Social Media Content Creator with a strong focus on creative thinking and problem solving with skills in design, illustration, video and photography for content creation. Developing creative content for clients in the children’s publishing and product industries. This contract role is ideal for someone with a background in creative and a keen eye for design, a passion for storytelling, and experience in building impactful online communities. You'll work closely with the Ten/17 Creative Group and the Bruno PR & Social team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Content Creation: • Conceptualize, create and deliver compelling and results-driven content for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. • Utilize graphic design, illustration, animation and video content creation to create engaging, playful, and story-driven content for clients in the children's publishing industry. • Ensure brand aesthetics and tone align with client social media strategy and client guidelines. Trend Utilization: • Strategize around emerging social trends and apply them creatively to clients' social content, providing rationale for each creative decision. Brand Aesthetic: • Employ brand guidelines that reflect the desired aesthetic, tone, and overarching concepts within social content, ensuring consistency and originality. Social Agency Partnership: • Partner with the social media agency on strategy implementation and ideation and delivercreative concepts in alignment with brand content strategy. • Collaborate with the agency team on delivering final approved posts. QUALIFICATIONS • Experience: 5+ years of experience in social media content creation, including graphic design, animation, video production, and/or illustration. • Design & Illustration Skills: Advanced skills in graphic design and illustration for children's books or similar content. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects and animation tools is required. • Content Creation: Proven ability to conceptualize, create, and publish original content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and other platforms. • Platform Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms, growth strategies, and emerging trends. • Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with the ability to adapt to changing trends and client needs. • Interest: A passion for children’s media and storytelling through visual and social content.
