Candidate Technical and Skills profile: • Capture business requirements in a program focused on API development and make sure these requirements are executed by the Product Owner and development crews. • Experience working across teams to gather the requirements and strong documentation skills. • Would love for this person to be involved in quarterly planning/strategy as well. • Listen in and work with product owners and document actionable items and follow through to completion/actionable work Must Have Technical Skills/experience (ask For Alternative/tool/version) • Confluence • Jira • Microsoft Office • Banking/finance experience Flex Skills • APIs • Business Planning • Business Requirements • Business Requirements Documentation • Mural Soft skills that would make a candidate successful in this role: Great Written And Verbal Communication Skills • Highly analytical • Listen in and work with product owners and document actionable items and follow through to completion/actionable work Education • More experience based Years Of Experience • 4-8 years Interviews • Video, 2 rounds if needed.
