About Mindset Care, Inc. Mindset was founded to create a better experience for those with a mental illness and their caregivers in applying for Social Security Disability benefits. Our team of Social Security Disability lawyers and representatives has helped thousands of individuals through the arduous process of obtaining Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and/or Supplemental Security income (SSI) through the Social Security Administration. As the first point of contact for our company, the Remote Receptionist will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for all claimants and visitors. Legal experience is a plus. Job Responsibilities: • Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner over the phone. • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual. • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars. • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, etc. • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed. Requirements: • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. • Proficiency in Google Workspace. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. • Reliable internet connection for remote work. • High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working in a remote or virtual office environment. • Knowledge of virtual phone systems and online scheduling software.
