Youll provide information, guide them through the enrollment process, and offer support to ensure they receive the benefits that best meet their needs. Responsibilities: Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, or virtual meetings Explain benefit options to members and assist with enrollment Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups Provide ongoing support to answer any questions about benefits Qualifications: Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment from home Strong organizational skills and attention to detail No prior experience requiredtraining provided!
