Remote Live Chat Specialist

Job Description: FDF Energy Services is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Live Chat Specialist to join our team. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via live chat, resolving their inquiries, addressing their concerns, and providing product information to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
