Full-Time Logistics Coordinator

Job Description: Travel For Teens is on the lookout for talented individuals to join the Logistics and Client Services team. We are looking for seasoned travelers with a great attitude and have detailed organizational skills. This position is primarily providing support to our Director of Logistics team. You must love travel and be a high energy individual who is flexible with job duties. The ideal candidate has experience working with teenagers and parents, has had at least year of logistic or office experience. College degree preferred. Responsibilities: • Responsible for organizing transportation details for all clients, including all airfare ticketing • Calling /Emailing parents to discuss all needed paperwork and providing parents with advice on potential travel arrangements • Offering prompt, accurate, and courteous service to clients • Responding to client questions, concerns, and inquiries with the highest degree of professionalism • Providing exceptional customer service in written and spoken communication Qualifications: • 1-3 years of office and/or logistics experience • Excellent communication skills, both writing and verbally • Fluency in English and ideally proficiency in at least one other language • Ability to maintain a positive attitude • Intimate knowledge of locations and cultures where we travel • Experience with and passion for working with teens • Ability to work well in a team environment • Travel experience in the locations where we travel Apply Job!
