Key Responsibilities • Oversee the complete lifecycle of our digital products, from inception to launch and beyond. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of product initiatives while continuously enhancing user experience. • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with the company’s goals and user requirements. • Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. • Work closely with UX/UI designers and engineers to formulate and prioritize product roadmaps. • Articulate clear product requirements and user stories, ensuring feasible technical execution and effective communication across teams. • Manage the product development lifecycle to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. • Formulate and implement product launch strategies in conjunction with marketing, sales, and customer support teams. • Monitor product performance, analyze relevant metrics, and utilize data to inform product decisions. • Gather and integrate feedback from customers and stakeholders to refine product features and functionality. • Stay informed on emerging technologies and trends that can enhance our product offerings. • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
