As a Talent Assessment Specialist at Adecco you will develop creative strategies to source for talent and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates for professional services opportunities. You will have the autonomy and the support of a strong team to also manage current associates within our Applicant Tracking System, to assess their ongoing performance and placements with clients. Every day will require your ability to be a skilled communicator and to make decisions that will have a positive impact on our clients, our teams, and your career with a global leader in the staffing and recruiting industry. About you • High school diploma with some work experience • Ability to proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Knowledge of and the ability to interpret and apply employment-related laws, rules, and regulations • Knowledge of and the ability to effectively utilize Applicant Tracking Systems. • Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Why choose us?
