Key Responsibilities

Provide timely and efficient technical support to clients, addressing any concerns or incidents related to APC UPS systems. Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience with APC UPS systems and remote monitoring tools. Strong understanding of power management, electrical systems, and network infrastructure. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
