Senior Lead Product Manager

Description: • Ownership: You own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap. • Strategic Leadership: You define and execute a multi-year product and solutions strategy. • Product Development: You lead the end-to-end product lifecycle. • Market Analysis: You conduct thorough market research and analysis. • Financial Acumen: You are comfortable aligning with Sales on multi-year forecasts. • Stakeholder Engagement: You gain tight alignment with cross-functional teams. • Client Engagement: You build strong relationships with key clients and industry partners. • Product Evangelism: You serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for our products and solutions. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • 8+ years of experience in product management, and experience with SaaS and cloud software, and gen.AI. • Demonstrated experience with data management and analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure Synapse) • Proven track record of successfully bringing innovative 0-to-1 products to market and driving revenue growth. • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies. • Confident and articulate verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level communications. • Product skills: Requirements, prioritization models, Agile, JIRA Epics and Stories, product marketing, and global product launches.
