Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong background in technical troubleshooting, maintenance, and support. As a UPS Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, performing preventive maintenance, and resolving any equipment or service issues to ensure optimal performance of UPS systems. Key Responsibilities: • Perform regular preventive maintenance and repair of UPS systems at customer sites. • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues for UPS equipment. • Provide on-site technical support and respond to emergency service calls. • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions to any UPS-related issues. • Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts used, and work performed. • Collaborate with other team members to support continuous improvement initiatives. • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Qualifications: • Technical degree or equivalent experience in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of UPS systems or similar electrical equipment. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with clients professionally. • Ability to work in various environments and conditions. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
