Ballard Products, LLC is a fast-growing ecommerce company that provides brands with a path to profitability on Amazon through our full service brand management solution. Founded in 2017 by two brothers with families, we exist “to grow and win as a team.” From this position, we support our partners as an extension of their teams to unlock the Amazon marketplace. We are seeking a Senior Amazon Brand Manager to actively manage a suite of exclusive brands. Responsibilities include direct relationship management, supervising listing optimization, inventory management and advertising services. Preference will be given to MI area applicants Benefits: Paid time off, paid holidays, positive work culture, excellent long-term growth opportunities Responsibilities and Duties Current responsibilities will include the below, however the Senior Amazon Brand Manager position will require adaptability as the team grows: • Drive listing optimization, conversion rates and sales growth on Amazon.com across multiple product lines in collaboration with in house teams • Coordinate purchasing timelines to ensure maximal in stock rates across all products we buy • Proactively build positive working relationships as the primary contact for Brand Partners and ensure frequent touch points including weekly, monthly and quarterly reports • Analyze content strategies within owned product niches to identify opportunities and threats • Manage assigned advertising budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize brand objectives • Contribute suggestions for process improvement within the department in collaboration with department lead • Independently maintain expertise in ecommerce and the Amazon marketplace Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years experience managing multiple brands on Amazon and/or Walmart.com • 3+ years experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Advertising Console • 3+ years of account management experience preferred • Outstanding ability to analyze and manipulate data • Advanced knowledge of ecommerce optimization & performance metrics • Self motivated and proactive • Proficient in Google Suite, project management software • Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) principles a plus • Keepa, ScaleInsights, DataDive, Revseller, ClickUp and related software experience preferred Want to stand out?
