Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent, P&C

Description: • The Licensed Insurance Agent works from home and interacts with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or Internet. • Represent a leading Property & Casualty client and assist members with their insurance needs. • Address inquiries regarding billing and property casualty policies. • Resolve questions and issues, demonstrating accuracy in processing changes. • Provide a positive and welcoming experience, being empathetic and thorough in answering inquiries.
