Responsibilities • Input and update data accurately in the company’s database and online systems. • Perform regular data quality checks to maintain information integrity. • Assist in the creation and management of spreadsheets and data reports. • Coordinate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and issues. • Organize and maintain files and records for easy access and retrieval. • Provide support in various projects as needed. • Adhere to deadlines and manage time effectively to meet project goals. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. • Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role. • Exceptional typing skills with a strong focus on accuracy. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and online data management tools. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
