As a 1099 contractor, youll have the freedom to set your own schedule and work independently. Key Responsibilities: Provide virtual instruction and support to K-12 students with special needs. Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students in collaboration with parents and school staff. Use engaging, research-based teaching methods tailored to students' specific needs. Conduct virtual assessments to identify students' strengths and areas for growth. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instruction as needed to promote success. Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure a supportive learning environment for all students. Stay up-to-date on special education regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education.
