Multiple premiums may apply if eligible. Job Description: As an Online Order Filling Associate, your primary responsibility is to accurately and efficiently fill online orders. You will: Locate, prepare, and package merchandise for online orders. Ensure orders are correct and ready for customer pickup. Make product substitutions when necessary and communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a high level of accuracy when filling online orders. Package orders carefully for customer pickup. Provide excellent customer service by consulting with customers for product substitutions. Work efficiently to meet performance and quality standards.
