Assist customers with tracking packages, troubleshooting issues, and finding solutions. Document and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members and escalate concerns when necessary. What Were Looking For Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using live chat software or similar tools. Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
