Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
