Responsibilities • Perform accurate data entry and maintain data integrity across various systems. • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy. • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing files, and organizing documents. • Support the sales team by entering orders and processing customer information efficiently. • Prepare reports and documentation as needed to support business operations. • Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all customer interactions are logged appropriately. • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration or related field is a plus. • Proven experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy work environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to assist customers effectively.
