Contract : Long Term Note: Candidate has to be a GC holder or US Citizen Job Description / Responsibilities: Project experience on a migration from BW legacy to BW on HANA Experience: Migrating the legacy database to SAP HANA. Evaluating the effort of implementing SAP HANA-based enterprise data warehousing and review prerequisites before diving into the migration process. A plus, experience supporting the actual S/4HANA conversion using the Software Update Manager (SUM) tool. Self-starter, who does not need a lot of handholding. Experience working with a global team, in a highly demanding and fast paced environment. Summary of responsibilities: Role will be responsible to validate the various the BW objects (e.g., ADSO, Cube, Data sources, Info objects), setup and load the tables and various objects. Run the primary data load from the various sources and then manage all the associated deltas load after that. Run and validate the legacy reports run on RISE. Train the client in how to run the legacy reports on the new RISE environment. Demoing features and functionality of AFO . Support mock cutovers, dress rehearsals, and Go-Live.
