Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers by answering questions regarding products, orders, and company policies. Resolve customer issues with care and professionalism to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Learn about our products and services to effectively assist customers in their choices. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge. Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive customer experience. No prior experience in customer service required; we welcome applicants who are eager to learn. Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). A customer-oriented mindset with a desire to provide excellent service.
