Job Title: AI Chatbot Engineer (Watson X Assistant) Experience: 5+ Years Location: Remote Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Chatbot Engineer with expertise in Watson X Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an AI Chatbot Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining AI-driven chatbot solutions that enhance customer engagement and streamline interactions. This role requires advanced knowledge in AI, natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and experience working with Watson X Assistant. Key Responsibilities: • Design and Develop AI Chatbots: Build, deploy, and optimize intelligent chatbot solutions using IBM Watson X Assistant for various use cases. • Integrate with Backend Systems: Develop APIs and integration points to connect the chatbot with existing business systems and databases. • NLP and Machine Learning Implementation: Utilize natural language processing (NLP) techniques to enhance the bot's ability to understand and respond to user inputs accurately. • Training and Optimization: Continuously improve chatbot performance by training models and refining responses based on analytics and feedback. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, backend engineers, and business analysts, to align chatbot functionality with business needs. • User Testing: Conduct user testing and gather feedback to enhance user experience and functionality. • Documentation: Create technical documentation and guidelines for future maintenance and feature upgrades. Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, NLP, or chatbot development. • Proven experience with IBM Watson X Assistant in building and deploying conversational AI solutions. • Strong knowledge of NLP frameworks, machine learning algorithms, and data analytics. • Experience with APIs and backend integrations for chatbot solutions. • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java. • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as IBM Cloud, AWS, or Azure. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in AI-driven applications. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work remotely in a collaborative environment. Preferred Skills: • Experience with voice-enabled assistants. • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles for conversational interfaces. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in an iterative environment. • Exposure to other chatbot frameworks like Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or Rasa.
