Responsibilities • Manage patient intake processes, including scheduling appointments and collecting necessary information. , • Conduct insurance verification to ensure coverage and out of network benefits discussed. , • Provide medical administrative support by maintaining accurate patient records and documentation. , • Assist with front desk operations, including greeting patients and answering inquiries. , • Handle medical collections as needed, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. , • Collaborate with orthopaedic office staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and communication. , • Utilize software for managing patient accounts and scheduling. , • Maintain a professional demeanor while providing exceptional customer service to patients.
