Career Description: We are committed to providing impeccable service and helping our clients achieve their financial goals. Above Lending Agents engage current clients who have been pre-selected to apply for a special Debt Settlement Loan product, assist current clients with applying for the Above Debt Settlement Loan, explain the value of the product to them, and interact with underwriting on the client’s behalf. About The Role: ? There is no cold calling in this role. All prospective customers are existing clients. ? You’ll be expected to quickly build rapport and establish trust with clients ? Ensure all transactions adhere to compliance standards ? Continuously support and contribute to our energetic team of business development enthusiasts ? Base Pay with uncapped monthly commission, top performers earning in excess of $120K annually What We’re Looking For: ? Bachelor’s Degree preferred ? Motivated ? Success exceeding goals in a fast-paced, sales environment. ? Sees challenges as opportunities. Sees objections as buying questions. ? Consumer Lending and/or Financial Services experience a plus. ? Technological literacy for assisting clients through the process of uploading documents, navigating websites, and troubleshooting basic device issues. ?
