Role Overview We are looking to continue to grow our strategic finance team at BioRender. In this role, you will partner closely with our business leaders to ensure the financial and operational rigor of the business. You will serve as a key thought partner to the business using financial analyses to understand our key business levers, uncover and communicate insights, identify opportunities, and drive action. What you'll be doing: • Drive visibility into our key business levers, ensuring we stay on track to meet our financial and operational goals • Own our consolidated financial planning processes, rolling financial forecasts, and underlying financial planning models, systems, and tools • Support cross-functional stakeholders, both product and GTM, with analysis to help them drive their operational and financial goals • Identify team-specific and business-wide trends, understand variance drivers, and communicate insights to drive action What you bring to the table • Relevant experience in FP&A, and operational finance in a rapidly growing tech company with prior experience in private equity, venture capital, or investment banking • Highly entrepreneurial "roll up your sleeves" mindset; excited about making an impact at a fast-growing company • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and develop concrete action plans • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and to build strong working relationships • Understanding of GAAP and key accounting and revenue recognition principles underlying SaaS businesses. Experience with financial systems including Mosaic, Salesforce, and Stripe.
