About the position The Enterprise Strategy Consulting Director at Elevance Health is responsible for leading large-scale engagement teams and complex projects that span multiple business units. This role involves problem-solving and collaborating with business leaders to define and coordinate initiatives that support business innovation and strategy. The director serves as an internal consultant, driving corporate strategy and innovation initiatives, and developing corporate-level strategies to communicate to executives. Responsibilities • Lead larger scale or enterprise-wide engagement teams and complex projects. , • Serve as an internal consultant to department leaders on strategic plans. , • Drive major corporate strategy and innovation initiatives. , • Develop and communicate corporate-level strategies and innovation opportunities to executives. , • Lead market analysis initiatives to drive growth. , • Develop performance measures and benchmarks to support business outcomes. , • Create complex financial and investment models and prepare ROI analysis. , • Build relationships and communicate effectively with executives, engaging in difficult conversations. , • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions to align strategy and plans. , • Provide Continuous Improvement coaching and mentoring to team members. Requirements • BA/BS in a related field. , • Minimum of 3 years experience in management consulting, change management, or large-scale project management. , • Strong written, oral, and presentation skills to influence senior executives. , • Demonstrated project management skills. Nice-to-haves • Healthcare experience preferred. , • Master's Degree preferred. , • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. , • Excellent computer skills with fluency in key software packages.
