This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States This is a remote position. • *PLEASE CAREFULLY READ ALL THE DETAILS BEFORE APPLYING*** JOB TITLE: Bookkeeper (with Financial Controller Responsibilities) RATE: PHP 330 per hour (slightly negotiable) Work Type: • Part-time, Remote/WFH • Possible transition to a full-time role as work demands increase (applicant must be open to the possibility of transitioning). Working Hours: TBD (usually US hrs | Night shift) Start Date: ASAP JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Reconciliation Tasks • Payroll Accuracy: • Review and match payroll transactions for all employees with payroll reports to ensure accuracy. • Financial Cleanup: • Address and correct issues within the customer deposits register. • Review and correct journal entries placed in incorrect accounts. • Service Titan Integration: • Ensure Service Titan exports are accurate, properly categorized, and aligned with QuickBooks data. • Learn and complete training on Service Titan’s accounting academy (initial training period to get them up to speed) before starting cleanup tasks. • Financial Reporting and Analysis: • Prepare financial reports, projections, and analyses as required. • General Bookkeeping Tasks: • Accurately record daily financial transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO). • Conduct monthly reviews of the Profit and Loss Statement to ensure accuracy. • Perform quarterly reviews of the Balance Sheet to address inconsistencies or errors. • Compose and manage professional email communication with staff and clients. • Provide minor administrative support as needed. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Required: • At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping and financial control, preferably with US-based clients. • Certification in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is required. • Familiarity with Service Titan or willingness to undergo training in its accounting academy. • Proficient in using Google Drive for document management and collaboration. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent communication skill • Open to the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role • Can Start ASAP - January 2025 Preferred: • CPA preferred This offer from "Gabtech Global, LLC" has been enriched by Jobgether.com and got a 72% flex score.
