Customer Service - Liability (Claims Trainee On-Site)

About the position As a Claims Trainee at Gallagher Bassett, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on guiding clients through the claims process with empathy and professionalism. This hands-on training program will equip you with the necessary skills to adjust, investigate, and document claims while providing excellent customer service. You will learn through practical experience and group sessions, with opportunities for pay increases as you achieve milestones in your training. Responsibilities • Adjust Claims: Take calls and emails collecting details from the parties involved in an accident or loss to determine the best resolution strategy. , • Investigate Claims: Learn to investigate claims thoroughly, gathering and analyzing information to help you make informed decisions. , • Document Claims: Accurately document claim files and maintain thorough records. , • Follow Procedures: Use our systems and follow established processes to make sure you're fully compliant. , • Communicate with Stakeholders: Work with claimants and clients, effectively communicating where their claim is and what happens next. , • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Show the claimant you understand how they feel, and support them in any way you can during their claim process.
