Your Role: Key responsibilities are as follows: • Collaborate within the AI & Data Operations team to optimize processes and ensure smooth workflows. • Engage in cross-team initiatives to maintain alignment and strategic impact. • Participate in one of three areas: Engagement & Communications, Project Management, or Business Operations. • Create content, plan events, and foster team engagement. • Assist in project planning, tracking, and Agile model implementation. • Analyze business processes and manage projects for operational efficiency. About You: Ideal candidates will have: • A passion for creative storytelling and collaboration in Engagement & Communications. • Strong organizational skills and familiarity with project management tools for Project Management. • An analytical mindset and experience in process improvement for Business Operations. • Rising senior status or recent graduate in relevant fields such as Communications, Management Information Systems, or Operations Research. Compensation & Benefits: Salary range: $30-35/hr. Overtime exempt. No discretionary or sales bonuses. Benefits include healthcare and more.
