Job Title: UI Designer Full-time Location: Austin, TX (Remote) Duration: Long Term Experience: 6-10 Years We're searching for a skilled UI Designer to create engaging and user-friendly interfaces for our applications. You'll collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product managers to bring innovative ideas to life. Responsibilities: • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard design tools. • Collaborate with UX designers to ensure a seamless and cohesive user experience. • Work closely with developers to implement and refine UI designs. • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs. • Maintain design consistency and ensure adherence to brand guidelines. • Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Qualifications: • 6+ years of experience as a UI Designer. • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. • Strong portfolio showcasing your UI design skills and experience. • Experience with responsive design and designing for various screen sizes. • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus.
