How will you make an impact in this role? This is an exciting and dynamic position Of Senior Business Systems Analyst in the MIS & Analytics Team. MIS & Analytics Team has responsibility to enable global servicing network process to be the most efficient and effective by establishing the best-in-class MIS and analytics function. We support all BU's in GSG and are part of the Colleague MIS&A team with a focus on supporting new and tenured learners as well as Learning Strategy. The individual will provide comprehensive MIS & Analytical support to Executive Leadership on key operations metrics across Servicing Functions within GSG. • Ensure that the existing MIS continues to function smoothly, identify data deficiencies in a timely manner, raise pertinent issues, and work with relevant partners to get them remediated • Understand the analytical & reporting needs coming from leadership and translate these into effective and easy to understand solutions • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in analytics methodologies and technologies Minimum Qualifications • Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills • Comfort executing in a certain level of ambiguity • Experience using current AMEX big data tools (Cornerstone, Hive, Yellowbrick, LUMI, etc) • Experience creating dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, Excel, etc) • Ability to work independently as well as be a team player • Strong communication skills – ability to translate complex subjects to the understanding level of the audience Salary Range: $70,000.00 to $135,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
