Technical Systems Administrator
At Bluebird Staffing, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Systems Administrator to join our team. This is a remote position, and the successful candidate must reside in or relocate (paid) to the state of Florida. The Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for the installation and ongoing support of windows servers that provide access to the enterprise EMR, Epic. Key responsibilities include proactive monitoring of Epic application system health, server operating system patching, and installation/configuration of Epic client system components. To succeed in this role, you will need 3+ years' experience with installing/maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft windows servers, as well as 2+ years' experience with Microsoft technologies such as Internet information services (IIS) administration, Active directory, File/Print services, and Certificate services. Familiarity with Epic client systems administration and Citrix load balancing/virtual application delivery is also preferred.
